Shipping Regulations

1. We send packages via EMS, which is fast and secure. Tracking number will be updated to the order in your account. You will be also received an email with tracking number. Then you can track your order on the online.

2. Your order will be shipped in 1 or 2 days after payment. If an item in you order is not currently in stock, you will be notified by email to replace with other or refund.

3. For your protection, orders will be shipped to your verified default address. If you wish to drop ship to any other address, please notify us. And Western Union payment method is recommended for drop shipping.

4. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address listed on the credit card unless you can meet special requirements to prove your identification and ownership of the credit card.

5. It can take up to 24-48 hours before your order is shipped out. This is to allow our staff to verify the information for the order information is correct and confirmed. Once your order has been verified and confirmed, the order will be sent to our packaging and shipping department and shipped to you. We will issue you a tracking number that allows you to track your order. Please note it is important that you include your correct contact information and phone number.

6. It takes about 7 to 10 business days for the delivery, normally. If it takes more than 10 business days, you can wait and track the number latter online. If a package is lost, we would resend you a replacement package or refund you the cost of that package. As it’s our responsibility to send you the items you order.


Return & Exchange Policy

We inspect each product prior to shipping. If there are any problems, it is our pleasure to work with the customer to solve the problem immediately.

1).About Exchange 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you received, you may return it for an exchange with the same price under the below conditions:
- Return requests should be emailed to 
cs@iafashion.com
within 3 days after your packed is delivered.
- Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
- When no quality issue is involved, the return shipping fees would be at the expense of the customer.
- When return is motivated by a quality issue, we would replace other one to you or have a free one to you in your next order.

2).About Return

1. Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty claims. This does not include water, fire or chemical damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the colors etc.). If there were any damages due to shipping mishandling, please email us once you receive the package.

2. If the product is genuinely defective in nature, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model as soon as possible. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value.

3. Please insure your return of products for warranty claims. We are not responsible for shipping losses and damages. The product must be post-marked no later than 7 business days from the day you received it.

4. Allow up to 4 weeks to receive your repair product.

5. The product is subject to final inspection before it is exchange.
